IMES’s curriculum has a unique structure, offering rigor and flexibility with foundation of broad management skills in the core and an unmatched array of electives and majors to help you develop one or more areas of expertise. IMES’s new core curriculum combines increased rigor with flexibility so you can customize learning by selecting a course pathway through content areas based on your educational and career experience and goals. Offered as quarter- or semester-long courses, the core curriculum covers traditional management disciplines with an emphasis on analytical rigor — accounting, finance, marketing, management, operations, statistics, and microeconomics — as well as the leadership, ethics, and communication skills necessary for leadership.
